Yonder Woods RV Park is a beautiful campground equipped with full amenities which include:

Plenty of elbow room in a park like setting perfect for camping, s'mores by a camp fire, picnics, and family fun!
Making a Reservation
We like to keep things simple at Yonder Woods! To make a reservation, please call or text (251)-230-3125. If we don’t answer, please leave a message. We will need to know the dates of your stay, the year and length of your RV, Name and phone number. We’ll promptly check our calendar to see if we can accommodate your stay.
Our Rates
RV Rates are as follows:
$45.00 Daily
$210.00 Weekly
$600.00 under 30ft, Monthly
$630.00 for 30ft and over, Monthly
30 Days Maximum Stay, unless otherwise approved by management
RV Rates include Electricity (30/50amp) up to $125.00 for a 30 day period, water, sewer hook-up, and garbage.
Pay in advance for your stay. Any days paid for, but unused, are forfeited. We have a
“USE it or Lose it” policy.

Park in designated areas only - NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES (of any kind) per RV
We welcome pets of responsible owners! Pets must be on leash and owners must properly dispose of pet waste.
Children are welcome! Parent/Guardian must be in direct

David and Lisa Hydock purchased an existing mobile home park in Semmes, Alabama, in 1996 as a long term rental investment. Over the last few years it became apparent that our property would be better utilized as an RV Park. We’ve been slowly transitioning to a full-time RV Park and we couldn’t be happier.
David is originally from the Se
David and Lisa Hydock purchased an existing mobile home park in Semmes, Alabama, in 1996 as a long term rental investment. Over the last few years it became apparent that our property would be better utilized as an RV Park. We’ve been slowly transitioning to a full-time RV Park and we couldn’t be happier.
David is originally from the Semmes area, and after 30+ years in the military, he’s enjoying puttering around the RV Park inventing, repairing, and making things better.
Lisa has been David’s best supporter, runs the “office” side of things, as well as generating lots of ideas to keep David busy in retirement!
We’ve been married almost 39 years, and have four grown children and two grandchildren. We are blessed beyond measure.
