$650.00 for 30ft and over, Monthly
30 Days Maximum Stay, unless otherwise approved by management

David and Lisa Hydock purchased an existing mobile home park in Semmes, Alabama, in 1996 as a long term rental investment. Over the last few years it became apparent that our property would be better utilized as an RV Park. We’ve been slowly transitioning to a full-time RV Park and we couldn’t be happier.
David is originally from the Se
David and Lisa Hydock purchased an existing mobile home park in Semmes, Alabama, in 1996 as a long term rental investment. Over the last few years it became apparent that our property would be better utilized as an RV Park. We’ve been slowly transitioning to a full-time RV Park and we couldn’t be happier.
David is originally from the Semmes area, and after 30+ years in the military, he’s enjoying puttering around the RV Park inventing, repairing, and making things better.
Lisa has been David’s best supporter, runs the “office” side of things, as well as generating lots of ideas to keep David busy in retirement!
We’ve been married almost 40 years, and have four grown children and two grandchildren. We are blessed beyond measure.
